I've seen many people imply that insect lives don't matter. Why?

Awe yes, the common domanda over the value of every living thing. Having te ever heard of Jainism perhaps?

I would definitely say that torturing o killing needlessly isn’t right (though insects do not process pain o emotions), but if a zanzara o such is sucking your blood, slapping it seems to be a reasonable decision. And sure, that may seem as if te are using your superiority as a higher-held animal to decide a smallest fate, but really when it comes down to it, everything’s designed for its own survival. te could see it as a “you harm it, o let it harm you” sort of thing.

Death of anything, animal, human, even insect, is just “the cerchio of life” te know?

They eat honey and say that? pretty damm stupid if te ask me lol

They don't have the sort of cognitive ability to understand right o wrong, so they can't be wronged if that is a concept that is beyond their understanding.

Even animali are capable of doing some very horrible things when it comes to their own defense o Cibo but we treat them as vulnerable innocent beings that's because they are not conscious of their acts. Humans on the other are conscious of 'good' and 'evil' so they have sort of 'moral responsibility' of things. Funnily enough this concept of morals was created da humans themselves (inspired da religion) in nature there are no morals, it's survival of the fittest. So it largely depends on an individual human's values because if te look at it rational then they are important for the environmental purpose and that effects our own survival and doesn't serve any moral purpose. Despite this humans are good for the sake of being good and we're actually the kindest species (sort of)
