I couldn't post this as a link because, well, I don't have a link. So for some reason I decided to write it out for te guys! =]
Aren't I nice? =P
Anyway this is from the 'Weekend' magazine (in the UK) so if some facts are outdated, that's why.
The bits in speech marks are what HL is saying, and the other bits are what the interviewer (Gabrielle Donnelly) is saying.
I used abbreviations sometimes, and a few bits have been missed out if thought irrelevant.
Enjoy!

Another typically sunny morning on the set of House and, in the roomy reception area of the fictional PPTH, lounges Hugh Laurie. The character he plays, Dr Gregory House, has just been voted the secondo sexiest TV doctor ever - with George Clooney in superiore, in alto spot. 'Of course,' murmurs Sexy Doctor Number Two reverently as he turns to an imaginary shrine and bows. 'George Clooney. The governor. Naturally I myself spend all my time thinking about being a sex symbol...'
Then he pauses and starts fidgeting with the buttons of his soft grey suit. It seems that HL is actually contemplating the idea that women might fancy him, and is genuinely embarrassed da the idea. 'Seriously? Oh, I can't think about things like that at all. I can agree that the character of House is a sort of sexy one, that there's even something of the Lord Byron about him, the wounded genius and all, yes, I can see that, but as for myself...'
In some ways he's right. The very idea of comparing HL to Clooney is still strange. Comical, even. But, as HL has proved so brilliantly in House...he is actually surprisingly dishy. He has brought an unexpected, brooding darkness to the role, which female viewers seem to find magnetic. Not to mention the three-day-old stubble.
'Oh look I'm covered with blushes now, and I don't know how to respond to that. House is an unhappy, tortured soul; he's rude and he doesn't care what the rest of the world thinks. If someone behaved like House in real life, he would quite quickly be punched o put in jail.
'I'm very fond of the guy, actually. I Amore the mixture of light and dark in him, the fact that, at times, he is an eight-year-old child and at others an avenging Angel ready to slay the dragons. I don't have much sense of the mostra being on TV anyway. I'm working so hard on making it that I don't get to go out into the world and do normal things and meet people who will say "I saw the mostra and hated it" o whatever, so, for all I know, it could just be shown in a dustbin somewhere.'
Of course, it's anything but. Playing the role of a smouldering antihero has also forced HL to stop hiding behind his comic alter egos - professionally at least. But he still deploys the hapless routine in real life to disguise underlying pessimism and crippling self doubt that data back to his teenage years. When he took on the role, he was convinced that House 'would only last a month'.
'The rest of the cast were signing leases on houses and I was in a hotel and didn't even unpack,' he shrugs. This gloomy prognosis of his big LA break perhaps helps to explain his initial decision to leave behind his wife and their three kids. Four years on, though, and with three più series to go, he hints that the family might now sposta to California.

[Stuff about his childhood etc. which I missed out but if te want to know about I'll put it in.]

HL is, da his own admission, a complex chap, which is why he is so perfectly cast for House. When he first read the script, he was attracted da its mix of dry, often black, humour, and real-life drama. 'I was intrigued da the quality of the dialogue, and the fact that the story kept surprising me - House is such an unusual character for an American TV mostra that, when I first read it, I assumed that RSL's character, Wilson, was the central character and that House would just come on and have a couple of scenes occasionally. Well, it didn't turn out that way, and here I am.'

[More stuff about personal life etc.]

HL glances at a clock and then rises to his feet. It's time to get back to work. He fidgets with his buttons again (he's wearing a blue camicia that enhances those tragicomic blue eyes) and holds out his arm for a handshake, saying, 'I read a very good thing this morning that Colin Firth said. He detto that, after 40, he's grateful to be considered a sexy anything, let alone a sexy symbol.' He stops again. 'No, he didn't say that, actually, I messed it up. He detto he was grateful to be a sex anything. Humph: one joke, and I messed it up - and it's not even my own joke.'

There te go guys! Hope te enjoyed that!

Finally, I finished this! So yeah, this is my entry for the Ship mese fan fiction contest. te may be a bit annoyed da my writing, but that's the way I like to write. Oh, and although I used "Word", there can be some stupid grammar mistakes, so I'm really sorry. And please, even though it's femslash (and some may not like it) I hope you'll read it and enjoy it.

Just one Hug – Cadley Fic.

Here is my entry for the Ship mese fan Fiction Contest. Never done a Foreteen fanfic before, so orso with me on this one because I haven't had any practice at Scrivere these characters and I don't write serious fan fiction. If this turns out to be an unholy disaster, please don't point and laugh!

Foreman & Thirteen in 'Boombox'

Foreman opened his car door and struggled to pull the giant boombox out from the back seat. It was heavy and awkward to carry, but eventually Foreman managed to lift the device out of the car and carry it to the middle of the courtyard outside Thirteen's apartment...

DIE LUCAS, YOU'RE A TOTAL LOSER, I DON'T KNOW WHAT CUDDY SEES IN YOU, SHE'S MEANT FOR HOUSE!

Okay, I get it, so could te stop?
Funny scene in anteprima od "9 to 5" really made my day, because it was... well, funny, and didn't matter, that I Amore Luddy. But then I came back to spot to write about it and I read all these mean commenti about Lucas and House.
Okay, Huddy is an OTP, we get it! Not only from you, but from producers also.
Why can't I say anything bad about 13 (like right here: link) and no one has any problems with all people around bashing Lucas ONLY for being not House in relationship...

“Mistake”-Moby
I feel like I’ve Lost più than the Amore of my life. I feel like my best friend has disappeared. I know I always only give Wilson that title, but the truth is that she is on the same level of loyalty within my mind. I wish I had the courage to tell her this small fact…She would never believe me anyway. She never has believed me when I am being genuine. I deserve some of that ridicule and mistrust, but not all of it. I did bring her that med-school desk, showed up at that horrible 80’s dance to impress her with my determination, and told her she made me feel funny.

Cuddy is a stand -alone character in House MD, she is the only character, perhaps besides Kutner, to truly believe in the ideals she lives by. Cuddy is the idealist of the show, the character that believes that good should and can triumph over evil. Many would argue that Cameron also shares these qualities, but I would argue that she has become hardened while working under House, and though I do not take that quality as a bad one, she is no longer the idealistic, empathetic girl that we were introduced to in season`1. Cuddy on the other hand, has not so much as changed as a character, but like...

Inspired da Oldmovie from link which is why she gets a spot in the title. ;D
For all of te who are dying to know all the gaps--college, House being hired--even how Wilson came to work with House. How are things incorporated together, to make what we know today?
This is just my opinion through I must say a fairly long fan fiction of how things could've happened. Very small details have been changed to fit the course of the time and events to allow them to make sense. If te want the mechanics on this(actual math, the workings, what happened and when) te can send me a personal message asking....

Wilson: We're not Friends anymore, House. I'm not sure we ever were.

Harsh words, probably the first hurtful words caring and sensitive Wilson ever detto to House.
Being the show's main character, we got to see più of House's side of that conversation than Wilson's, più what House was feeling and House's reaction to those words than what they meant to Wilson.
Hearing those words from your best friend must be devastating alright, but what about saying them? What about the feelings that led Wilson to speak them out loud?

I always find it funny the great ammount of House fan who are completely confident...

I'm talking of course about the lack of explanations dato for House's supposed attempt to kill Chase on the episode House Divided.

My first reaction to that scene was "what the hell?!?!". It has never been hinted that House either likes o dislikes Chase any different than any of the other ducklings (old o new), so why on earth would he ever want him dead? I thought it was really lame at the momment, and since I couldn't find a good explanation for it I decided to ignore it and pretend it never happened.

But weeks later, after watching Both Sides Now, I finally found an explanation that not...
