So being bored one night since I didn't have Internet access I grew bored and thought hmmmm now what would a hospital inspector say about PPTH and this is what I came up with. So here it goes.
Inspector 459
Hospital: Priceton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital
Date: August 12, 2008
Records: The hospital records are neat organized and through. The clerical staff is a well-oiled machine. They are one of the fastest at retrieving patient files. Along with knowing what has to be done and are punctual. The files themselves are kept clean and organized and are checked for cleanliness daily. One exception to this segnala on records, look under Dr.House under Special.
Cleanliness: Janitorial staff is outstanding, spills are cleaned in record time and bodily fluids are sanitized properly. Risk of infection is kept to a minimum and surgical tools are cleaned and sanitized beyond hospital regulations.
Morgue: Bodies are kept correctly, autopsy area is kept clean, sanitized and looks brand new. Everything is organized from bodies to equipment and everthing is lit properly. I did find Cibo in a trash can but Dr.Cuddy assured me it was from a body of someone choking and having digestive problems.
Administration: Dean of Medicine, Dr.Lisa Cuddy keeps everthing running smooth, is a great boss to her staff (Exception see Dr.House) and has everything under hospital regulation. (Exception see Dr.House) She puts patient care and safety along with safety of doctors before everything.
Equipment: Everything has been upgraded to the latest equipment making it one of the only hosiptals that can do anything needed for patients.
Patient Care: After talking to several patients, everyone was feeling like they had benn treated extraordinary as do the charts say. (Exception see Dr.House)
Clinic: Everything is fine, doctors are willing to spend the time (Exception see Dr.House) Paitent care is wonderful, the nurses' station keeps things neat organized and effient.
Pharmacy: Everything is labled correctly, medication is organized, they are very tight about drug-seeking behavior and it is nice and clean.
ER: Runs as smooth as possible, waiting is only about 20 minutes. No one is left standing and quality of care is exceptional. Note: Best kept records in the hospital.
Staff:
-Dr.James Wilson (Head of Oncology) Strengths are patient care, very good at conforting people after tragic news, very knowledgeable and is outstanding to this hospital. Very few mistakes happen and doesn't waste a lot of money if can help it.
-Dr.Allison Cameron (Senior Doctor of ER) Strengths are records and patient care. Very caring of people and always wants to fix things. Efficient of moving people in and out and causing few mistakes. Is guillable but doesn't effect quality of work.
-Dr.Robert Chase (Head of Surgical Staff) Specializing in Intesive Care, he is very good at medicine. He is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and what shouldn't be done. Amazing surgical skills.
-Dr.Gregory House (See under Special)
-Rest of staff follows orders very well and makes as few mistakes possible and is smart on what to do and what not to do.
Special
-Dr.Gregory House: An addict of Vicodin and Head of Diagnostics, patient difficulty is constantly a 5 and only treats one patient a week. Often is wrong and makes mistakes but at the same time is always right. Is misanthropic, manipulative, and a pure ass. Not to mention any attractive woman he meets he usually tries to get them in bed. Never sees patients until it is absolutely necessary. Doesn't keep records unless his team steps up and does it for him o Dr.Cameron. Is forced against his will to participate in clinic duty where he is again an culo to patients. Hides and tries to avoid work doing things including his yo-yo, playing with his tennis ball, watching TV, and playing fuse ball. Regulations are constantly broken going from dangerous procedures to interrupting surgeries and contaminating them. Lastly his relationship with Dr.Lisa Cuddy, he doesn't follow orders, constantly undermining authority and acts childish around her. This shows sign of them having a deeper relationship, which is never good for boss/employee relationship.
House's Team: Is needed to stop House from killing patients, and is intelligent, rarely making mistakes.Balances House out so House can stay in hospital.
Overall: Everyone employed can stay this hospital passes inspection. Need to keep an eye on Dr.House.
