ciao everyone. I am Scrivere this articolo because I have noticed the last anno that everybody just feels a little let down, and blue, and frustrated about the show. Besides that I saw that there are hardly any new fanfics and fan art. I think that the mostra still has its magic and that think that makes us deeply Amore it. We just need to take another look to re-recognize it. We need to reconnect.
First of all, we all know that after six years it’s natural that we, fans, don’t have the same enthusiasm as the first season. That’s expected and nothing new. Like marriages and long term commitment to political parties and noble causes, it’s never like the first time. Things grow old, familiar, tired. BUT, if someone asked te to just stop watching the mostra altogether, it would feel like ripping off a piece of your heart, wouldn’t it?
Secondly, now that I have watched season five and six four times (!), I came to see the things that were skipping my attention. The way the mostra is very much the same as the albero first seasons, like the bittersweet endings (and sometimes only bitter, even in the first 3), the same lightning, the same colors, the same ironies and impossible to answer questions. Besides if te watch again you’ll see that the last two seasons have had incredible soundtrack.
Thirdly, we are going through THE MOST intense seasons of House yet. It hit top. Now everything hangs from a thread, everything could either go well o go to hell. Personally I don’t feel that sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza that House will end up with Cuddy all happy and healed in the end. I keep fingers crossed every time, in every episode. And I deeply like these seasons cause they have dato the hope that House might just change. Might just decompress all these feelings and parts of himself that he has buried deep inside.
Fourth, I have to ask you, would te like it if life (in particular House’s life) was always an immature, playful, cool world? I don’t think te would, even if te think in your head that that would be an enjoyable life. Because if he stayed the same as he was the first four seasons te wouldn’t have liked him for much more. Nothing would ever get better. From the person he was in season 3 there was nowhere to go. What would the mostra be about? How House solves a few più dozens of cases similar to the ones in seasons 1-4? There would be no development, now growth. The story would be just the same, always. Now, I see that this is a hard time in the show, things have gotten very tough, BUT this is the middle of the road, that we have to attraversare, croce to finally reach some place that will make us (and him) feel at home. And, after all life has two sides: light and rough. We went through light for four seasons, now it’s rough and we will get through it. It’s not worth being in denial. Since we have tough and deeply emotional seasons we should express that feeling, not ignore it, o deny it, o get angry. We should make appropriate icons, gifs, fanfictions. Let yourselves sink into it and enjoy it, and the rough times won’t last forever! Nothing lasts forever, neither the goods, and definitely nor the bads.

I don't know if any of te have been watching the last episode of the Simpsons (Season 21 Episode 19) but there was a reference to House. AGAIN.

The Simpsons bought a big windmill to get the electricity from it. But the wind didn't blow continously so Bart climbed up and he propelled it with his hand. It was pretty exhausting so he asked Lisa when can he stop it. Lisa was watching TV: a man with stubble, grey hair, in front of a white board! :D
Lisa's answer was:
"Ugh, Bart, please! I'm trying to hear Dr. House's third incorrect diagnosis before his final correct diagnosis!"

That cracked me up! :D :D :D

Some months go da and Lisa is huge. She is eight months pregnant and her belly now is really, really big. One morning they wake up. She doesn't have to go to work and House has taken a few days off to take care of her.
He opens his eyes and yawns. ‘Hey... how are you?’
‘I feel good. Like last days, about to explode.’ She chuckles. ‘No, seriously, I'm good. And how are you?’
‘I'm fine... anxious to see our son's face...’
‘We just have to wait a couple of weeks for that.’
House smiles at her. ‘I Amore you...’
They are still lying on letto and she holds his hand. ‘I Amore te too.’...

Everyone has known Greg House as the brilliant but misanthropic and narcissistic doctor who has anti-social behaviour and treats human life as a simple puzzle that needs to be solved disociating himself from any kind of human emotion with the exception of pain which ironically is the most human emotion. In this article, I'm going to try explain how House displays two opposing characteristics of his personality throughout the episode, his "divine" and his human side da paralleling House with John Milton's two main characters in "Paradise Lost".

House as "Satan"
"Paradise Lost" tells the story...
