The scientist returned to his lab in the U.S.A. and was planning to study Kowalski.

"I'll start on te later" he detto leaving his lab for the night.

Kowalski sat there, in a cage, in the dark, and not in Antarctica. Like any child, he was frightened. He thought of his parents, his brothers and Friends back at home, well, his parents and Friends were back home.

He was bored, he saw some libri about science and math, and tried his best to reach them.

He tried to get out of his cage, but that hurt because the bars were too close together, he tried climbing the cage, but his fell, and finally, he tipped the cage and pulled the libri inside.

When he opened the first book, he saw words and obviously couldn't read them, so he looked at the pictures and slowly began to understand the libri one da one.

He spent every night doing this for years and didn't mind the scientist studying him after a couple weeks.
