Chapter 11: the Siege of the Central Park Zoo

Central Park was finally closing for the evening, it was a particularily exciting day, now that the situation with a gas leakage being fixed da Kowalski. After a few minuti of guests leaving, Skipper then got up and stopped wagging his tail feathers for the guests. "Good job men!! Indescribable, that's all Marlene could think when she saw what lied beneath Lilly's ribbon, it was so grotesque that Marlene had almost screamed in disgust, but she couldn't, she had to let the team rest. I woke up with an excited attitude of mine on the go. I was really excited to open my new kiosk in the Safari Hotel (which is here), on the ground floor.

Everyone went outside to negozio for their needs. Julien and his Friends went to the Department Store and supermercato to shop. While Skipper, Rico, and Kowalski went out to buy, too. I was left alone here on the ground floor with no one who is buying my product. But suddenly, a customer came, it was Leonard! I was shocked and asked myself, How did he get here?

Lilly stood up and lept out of the habitat. Skipper tried to go after her, but Marlene,Julien and Maurice wouldn't let him through. "You don't understand! I didn't baciare Crystal, SHE kissed ME!" Skipper protested, hoping that his Friends will believe him, but instead they just scowled even more. Suddenly, something in Skipper's brain clicked! The successivo morning Skipper had gotten up and headed to the lobby, he was carrying a basket with various breads and pastries. 'Mr. Bates? Are te there? I've got something for you!!' asked Skipper. He then saw Private shuffling downstairs, red in the eyes, possibly from crying so much. 'Ello Skippah, what's the basket for?' asked Private. 'For you, I heard te and your mother arguing last night and I decided to make it up to you, it's breads and pastries,' detto Skipper. 'Ohhhh!!!! Thank te soooo much!! Mum loves Garlic pane and tarts!! She loves them very much!! Mum? Skippah gave te breads!!'...

Okay - little note for everyone that saw my trailer video. I had to make a few changes for the video, the biggest being the way Kowalski performs the experiment on himself. In this version (and in the official Broadway show), he actually injects the formula into his skin. I had to change it in the video because A) drawing the injection is really, really hard, and B) the song's lyrics detto otherwise. That song came off the Resurrection album, not the stage production - some changes were made in between.

Kowlaski came running back to the HQ. His face was in total shock, his scarf was half off. and he still carried the note he had found in his tucked in his scarf.
"Skipper!" Kowalski cried "I Lost Private! In the city!" Kowalski fell down to where Skipper's webbed feet were.
Skipper ignoring the fact that Private was missing "Ok..But did te get the groceries? and ahah te found the note. I knew te would adjust your scarf whenever te saw a cute gal walking around the city block-"
Kowalski interrupted "SHUT UP! PRIVATE IS MISSING!!! DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF A THIRD TIME!?"

    Later that night Brandon and Marlene where at their habitat just enjoying the rest of their night. Then Brandon began to speak.

How would one describe the giorno to giorno activities of a pinguino team? Many, including myself, have tried and failed. The main problem is... well it's never really the SAME giorno to day. Sure, you'd think we had a routine, and we did. But they way we went about it was always different. Admittedly we've baffled many zoologists, and even sent some of them gibbering to a mental hospital.

There's no doubt we're different. The domanda is, why? What sets us apart from the rest? Were there not others in the world- no, in ZOOS like us? Were there zoos without a team to defend them all? I suppose those questions...
