The obvious answer is kingler,and not because of it's own moves either.Looking at max stats,Wobbuffet's max speed is 190,not very high.Odds are he would be K'Od before he actually managed to land a hit with Destiny Bond.Kingler,however,has much higher max stats,as a whole.And with those moves,it'll be a tough opponent to beat.If te absolutely have to,keep your wobbuffett a a last resort.Use it as the last pokemon before your ace (the best in your team),or to eliminate a very OP Attacking o Defensive Pokemon.I can help te build a team if te want.Just tell me your current team and I'll build a very tougher than nails team based on that.Also tell me how te like to battle (Offensive,Supporting Defensive,Mixed Defensive,Healing,or Sacrificial)
