Rock-a-bye Babies??

Your FC is walking back home from (meeting, etc.) and they trip over a basket containing two twin babies. One baby is a light blue and the other a darker blue with black hair and blue streaks. The light blue baby has black hair also, though no streaks.
A note attatched to the basket reads:
Please look after these two twins.
