"Now, one of te is going to hell with me whether te want to o not." Ash stood at her control table.

"Where do we begin, manging mutt?" Duncan challenged.

"Shh, don't..." I calmed him down.

"It's time." Ash said. "I'd inform te not to look down, but what the heck, look down."

Duncan and I looked into the deep chasm. Hot bubbling arancia, arancio liquid filled the chasm about 5,000 feet below us. I saw black molten rock making the liquid thick, and realized it was boiling magma. At the first touch, I'd die.

"That is where you'll end up. So, who's first?" Ash asked smugly.

Duncan and I glared at her.

"Ok. The silent treatment." Ash pressed a button. "Then I'll decide for you!"

Suddenly, a column of burning arancia, arancio air shot up from the chasm. Ash flexed her hand adn the air formed itself into a hand. Suddenly, it was going right for us. I screamed and cowered in fear, but I realized it wasn't after me. I opened my eyes and screamed. Duncan was struggling to get out of the Spirit Hand's grasp. "DUNCAN!!!" I screamed.

Then, the hand dropped him, and he plummeted thousands of feet head-first.

"NOOOOO!!!!" I screamed at the superiore, in alto of my lungs. Hot tears melted down my face rapidly, and I cried my cuore out as I saw him impact the magma, screaming out in unbearable pain.

Blood rushed to the surface of the orange-yellow lava, and I saw his skull bob to the top.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!" I screamed. I stood up and ran to Ashlee in complete fury. Time for her to get what she deserved. She killed my boyfriend, I'll get payback.

I ran to her, closed my hand around her lava-red gem that was now on a collana around her neck, and with all of my strength to break the solid oro chain, I snapped it off her neck. She gasped and her hair shortened and returned to blonde. Her long accappatoio, vestaglia melted away and she was wearing a blue tie-dye tee and jean cutoffs. I threw the gem down into the magma, and saw it land in the middle of the pool of blood.

Everything was quiet.

Ash held her head like she had a horrible migraine. Tears melted down my cheeks as I pushed past her and ran out of the torture room.

I ran down endless dark hallways, until I accidentally fell down a hole. I screamed, and landed on the soft erba of my lawn. I got up and ran down the street, hoping this was all a dream and everything was back to normal.

Once I got to Duncan's house, I saw that all the cars were gone, all but his motorcycle. I walked up to the door and lifted my fist to knock-when I stopped. A note was attached to his door. I tore it off and read it.

"To whoever," I read, "Went to Duncan's funeral. Will be back in two hours." Then I dropped the note and fell to the ground crying.

Duncan was really dead. It all happened. College. The e-mail. The CFC fight. The hospital. The slauter house. The gem. The metoerite. The dream.

Duncan was-and is-dead.
