Do te know of any good wallpaper/fanart software to download?

I have really slow internet sometimes and its hard for me to make stuff.... I dont mind if i have to pay for it... So any ideas???

Adobe Photoshop Programs are wonderful. However, they are very expensive. lol Not only Photoshop but Illustrator as well.

If te are willing to spend the money, Photoshop is definitely worth it. It's a wonderful program.
