Yes! In the fourth Harry Potter film I thought he had the most stunning and enjoyable features. He also acted very well. When he died in the movie, I was quite saddened...he was excellent.
But, te see, I think the reason why so many people have suddenly taken to him in Twilight is because he is the lead. As the lead, people got to see his beauty and skills magnified. Whereas in Harry Potter, the role of Cedric was slightly limiting in what Rob could actually do.
But, I think in totality, Robert is an exceptional actor in any and every role. He makes it his own.
