Does the bottle on the Triple Chain collana for New Moon have any significance?

I'm not REALLY sure but I think the bottle on the Triple Chain collana for New Moon contains sand from the La Push First Beach. I remember Leggere something about it.

So, I think it signifies the spiaggia that Jacob and Bella walked together in New Moon. :P
