can Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. hair grow i don't think it can but i don't know for sure

Actually, I think so as new born vampires. They're undead and when humans are dead, for the first few weeks o so, there hair and nails keep growing. So therefore, as newly undead, vampires' hair can grow out for about a month
