Why doesn't Donald anatra where pants?

This domanda has probably been asked on this club before, but I couldn't find it, so I'm asking it. I think that Donald anatra doesn't wear pants because he doesn't want to. My theory is that animali don't wear clothes to cover themselves up, like humans do, but that they wear them più as accessories that are purely optional. What do te think?
