If he was still basically Voldemort, just as hot as he was in COS, then DEFINITELY!
But if he was powerful, but not impressive/commanding/menacing etc, then no.

But from what you're saying, you're implying that he'd be the same, just hot. So I would say hell yeah, I mean, Bella DID Amore him for his power.
