Are ponies unbreakable?

Yes there are baby ponies and old ponies, they have a lifespan but do they all die of old age because they are all basically indestructible?

It would be interesting to see an episode where one of the ponies, not the mane 6, discovers she is indestructible da accident but no one else would dare want to find out on purpose.
